Liver and Gallbladder cleanse

Preparation for Liver and Gallbladder cleansing

You’ll need-

*Organic apple juice- 6 one liter containers at room temperture to drink for 6 days. Drink 1 spread throughout the day or

You can have Malic Acid solution ( 1/2 teaspoon in 1 liter of room temperture water to drink throughout the day).

*Epsom salts ( Magnesium sulfate) 4 tablespoons

*3 (8oz) glasses of filtered water

*Virgin Oilve oil , and it’s okay to use light olive oil also. You’ll need a half glass or 113 millilietrs of this. It has to be cold pressed.

*2 fresh pink grapefruits and 2 lemons . Squeeze the juice and it should make about 2/3 of a glss or a full glass.

Drink 1 liter of room temperture apple juice a day for a period of 6 days. The Malic acid in the apple juice softens the gall stones which will make their passge through the bile ducts more easy. Make sure to keep the apple juice at room temperture, simply meaning buy it not refridgerated and keep it that way. After opening a bottle of juice and having the entire day to drink it , won’t cause it to spoil or go bad.

People with diabetes, candida, or any other condition that sugar or carbohydrates may affect can use malic acid instead. You can get it in pill or powder form. Take 1,500- 2,000mg of malic acid with 2 glasses of warm water drank throughout the day for 6 days.

Things to not eat during the cleanse

Animal Proteins

Dairy

Sugar

Alcohol

Caffeine

Fried foods

Medication

Cleaning your colon

Make sure you cleanse your colon before and after you do a liver flush, this is very important for the effectiveness of the flush and your health or well being. This can be done on the 6th day of preparation and on the 2nd or 3rd dayafter the liver flush. If the gallstones stay in your colon then your colon may become irritated, it can also become infected and cause discomfort like head and stomach aches. C;eaning your colon is important to prevent back flushing of the olive oil mixture and /or waste as well as it prevents you from throwing up during the actual liver flush.

Day 6

Morning- if you feel hungry in the morning eat a light breakfast, such as hot cereal like oatmeal. Avoid sugars, nuts and all the listed above.

Lunch- eat plain cooked or steamed Vegetables.

Evening- Around 6pm.Combine 4 tablespoons of epsom salts with 3 glass of purified water and store in a jug or container. This will make 4 servings of the epsom salt with about 3 quarters of a cup a glass. Drink the first glass at 6pm. The Epsom salt will dialate the bile ducts to help the stones pass.

At 8pm drink your second serving of epsom salt. Get your grape fruit and lemons ready to be used.

At 9:45pm wash your grapefruits and lemon’s very well. Squeeze them and remove the pulp from the fruits. You will need 3 quarters of a glass . Pour the juice and a half glass of olive oil into a blender and blend until the solution is well blended. Drink this mixture at 10pm and no later then 10 minutes past 10pm.

At 10 pm drink the mixture straight down while standing, DO NOT DRINK WHILE SITTING. After you have consumed the mixture lie down immediately after . This is important for helping to move the gallstones. Turn the lights off, lay flat on your back with a pillow or two propping your head up. Your haed must be higher then your stomach. The other option is to lay on your righht side with you kness pillued toward your face or head. Similar to the fetal position. Lay completely still for about 20 mintues, relaxing and only thinking about the good this is doing for your liver. You can go to sleep after the 20 minutes.

If you have to use the bathroom , please do. Check if there is gall stones in the toilet. The gallstones are green and/or brown colored. THEY FLOAT, most of them anyway. If you feel nauseous , know that it is normal and caused by the sudden release of many gallstones. The feeling to throwup will pass as the morning progresses.

Day 7

Morning 6am-730am When you wake up drink the 3rd three quarter glass of epsom salt. If you feel thirsty upon waking you may drink a glass of warm water. After drinking the epsom salts you may relax or go back to sleep.

2 hours later down the 4th and final 3/4 glass of epsom salt.

2hours later drink freshly pressed fruit or vegatable juice.

At lunch you may eat normal foods but they should and must be light foods, that wont cause much or any stomach irritation.

By the evening you should feel better . Continue to eat light for the next 2-3 days.

You can cleanse no more than once a month for 6 months. Try to get an estimate of how many stones you removed. You have to remove about 2000 to notice super and significant results.

Dynamite weight loss diet Day 2

Make sure that 2 times throughout the day everyday you have at least 8 oz. of the cinnamon and ginger tea you made yourself from boiling a cinnamon stick and fresh ginger.Simply add a stick of cinnamon and a2 inch chunk of ginger to 16ounces of water and heat until they boil and turn the heat off once it starts to boil. Then allow to sit in the pot with a lid for another hour or 2 hours

Upon waking take your vitamins that are supposed to be taken on a empty stomach such as 2,400mg of CLA and the others you normally take or I’ve told you to take. Write everything out so you know when to take what. Even set an alarm or remindar inyour phone.

Do your cardio!

Everyday have 1 lemon and 1 grapefruit juice. Just squeeze them into a glass.

1.Breakfast one will be a protien shake like muscle milk. Blend a banana, 1 tablespoon of oats, 1 teaspoon of coconut oil, and 1 tablespoon of almond butter. Use almond or rice milk- woman feel free to use soy milk. I don’t recommend soy for men. As soy has been known to effect hormones such as estrogen and testosterone.NOW take your vitamins such as Cayenne and the others to be taken after eating or with food.Drink at least 8oz. of water when taking your vitamins everyday!

2. 2-3 hours after breakfast have 1/2 cup of watermelon, sip water all day and drink water with every meal.

3. Lunch- Baked sweet potatoe (small or medium in size), 1 and half cup’s of steamed broccolli, and a lean 90% or more ground turkey pattie pan cooked. Add light amounts of condiments if needed for taste. Drink water with this meal and all other at least 8-12 oz. Sip green tea and lemon with your lunch everyday . No sugar add. If you use a sweetner use light agave which is only 30 calories per serving, but I reccomend to not sweeten the tea. Chew sugar free gum after eating. Chew gum with Xylitol

4. 2-3 hours after lunch sip another cup of greeen tea with lemon do not use agave.

5. Dinner should be 4-5 hours later. Have a big salad with 6-8 cups of spinach, 2-3 cups of romaine lettuce, 1 grilled or bolied chicken breast sliced to put on the salad. Grape or cherry tomatoes, 2 sticks of celery chopped and added, red and purple onions. Use a low fat or fat free dressing of you liking. Drink water with this and feel free to use cheese if you have no problem with Dairy but I feel a cheese substitute is healthier unlee you find an organic cheese.

6.Have a 1/2 cup of Almonds, some chamomile tea before bedtime. If you have trouble sleeping throughout the whole night take some Melatonin and Valerian root. For dosage instruction read the label or contact me.

Dynamite Weight Loss Diet

Make sure that 2 times throughout the day everyday you have at least 8 oz. of the cinnamon and ginger tea you made yourself from boiling a cinnamon stick and fresh ginger.Simply add a stick of cinnamon and a2 inch chunk of ginger to 16ounces of water and heat until they boil and turn the heat off once it starts to boil. Then allow to sit in the pot with a lid for another hour or 2 hours.

You need to be active 4-5 days a week exercising for no mre than 40-45 minutes. Do 20 minutes of cardio or aerobic work and 20 minutes of resistence work.If you need some diffenrent excercises for whatever reason like boredom, to shock your body with something new, or for whatever reason please contact.

In the morning upon waking take 2,400mg of CLA , take this dosage 2 times a day once in the morning 1 hour before breakfast (if this causes stomach discomfort try taking it with skim milk or wait 1 hour until after you’ve eat) and again 1 hour after lunch. Wait 1 hour before eating when you take CLA and 1 hour after eating before taking it again. I recommend chewing sugar free gum after each meal if you need something as such.

After taking your vitamins that are recommened to be taken on empty stomach I suggest you do your cardio. It’s best to do cardio in the morning waking up on an empty stomach. Because the average person’s body will burn most calories while at night you sleep so when you do cardio in the morning your body will go into what I like to call the “Negative Calorie Zone” meaning your buring calories your body doesn’t really have. That’s because you haven’t eaten over the course of night while sleeping. This is how weight loss can be kick started , fat can be burned, metabolism elevated and energy levels rising up from the prior norm.

As soon as you finished with your cardio do this.Squeeze out the juice of 1 grapefruit and 1 lemon then drink. Do this every morning. In the 1970′s there was an grapefruit diet. Grapefruit kick starts the chemical process to lose weight, while lemon alkalizes the body to make an healthier internal enviroment for the weight loss process.

Day1

1. Morning meal- 1/2- 3/4 cup of whole or steel cuts oats with 1 tablespoon of cinnamon. Mix in 1 teaspoon of coconut oil as well.

2 egg whites and 1 whole egg boiled or scrambled. Season to you liking but beaware to not over use the salt.

Eat this meal with a cup of Low Sodium V-8 have about 8oz.

Eat 8-10 Blue berries and 4-6 strawberries at the end of your meal.

After this take whatever vitamins you are supposed to take after eating also take 200mg of green tea extract. Take 1,000 mg of Cayenne (Capsicum Frutescens). This herb promotes circulation, help’s to over cold’s faster, aids degestions, lower’s cholesterol levels and more. Take another 1,000mg again after the meal before you workout.

If you have no time for a meal blend a protien shake like Muscle Milk with the berries and some spinach, if you want milk I reccomend using almond milk , I DON’T USE DAIRY EVER.

2. 2-3 hours after breakfast Have a 1/4 cup of raw almonds, and 12 oz of water to sip and be finshed by lunch.

3. Lunch 1 cup of cooked brown rice, grilled chicken breast about 3-3.5 oz, steamed broccolli with baby carrots. Drink a cup of green tea and lemon with this meal. 1 hour after take you CLA 2,400mg. Use lemon pepper and sea salt if you must use salt.

4. After lunch chew some sugar free gum. Have a bottled water ready to sip as well.

5.2hours after lunch have another cup of green tea with lemon. The lemon helps to add an alkalizing balance to the acidic but health promoting green tea.

6. Dinner which will be 4 hours after lunch. Have Baked fish seasoned with Lemon Pepper, and if you use salt use sea salt and very little , just enough to taste it barely. The lemon pepper and other seasoning’s you choose will give all your meals flavor. Have asparagus steamed with smart balance light and lemon if you wish.Drink 8-12oz of water with each meal- pure water. Even if you drink tea still sip the water until gone. I feel it’s best to have bottled water because you can easily keep track of your daily intake of water as well as making water always accessible. Maybe now you’d take more cayenne and an hour after you eat do your second workout which should last about 25 minutes of actual excercises being done not counting the breaks inbetween sets.

7. have some almonds 1/2 cup 1 -2 hours before bed and sip some Chamomile tea if you wish wash it all down with water.

I went to Minnesota and stayed for almost 2 months. I stayed in Minneapolis with my friend, Roger Huerta, “The Warrior,” Dave Menne, and up-and-coming fighter Eric Leija. The experience was great. The house we lived in was the ideal fighter’s house, with matted floors for rolling, wrestling, and just being safer working out on something hard, even if you only kick pads. We had access to 3 or 4 gyms whenever needed. I was just coming off a WBC title fight that was declared a draw (it was a BS decision to be called a draw – check out　You Tube　for the fight) so although I had gained 15 or so pounds after dieting and cutting, I was still in good shape. I got some time in with up-and-coming MMA standout Nick Compton, as well. With Roger Huerta overseeing my training, my ground game has improved more than just fair – it’s like I went from a 2.0 to a 5.5 in a matter of weeks. Roger and Dave’s conditioning was top-notch. They did insane intense hill sprints, lifted heavy weights (I like! I like!) and Roger’s　plyometrics are sick – the guy’s like a ninja. Again, we had access to top-notch facilities–which was great–or we could stay home and do whatever we needed.

So weeks went by as I stayed training 24/7 (which I do anyway, physically and mentally). So I am thinking of what I must　critique　when I am not physically　training to improve upon these things..

I remember Roger getting a call that my opponent was backing out; this happened about 5-7 times throughout training. I continued training because whatever I learn and improve on isn’t only for that fight but for every MMA fight in the future. Besides, I thought they’d have a fair opponent for me at my MMA level. Not! So I continue to help Roger prepare his standup for his upcoming fights.

All in all, the experience was great just wish I could have gotten to fight. Next time. God bless you all.

The body of excellence (Manny Pacquiao) the unbreakable mind ( Juan Marquez) . The mind is stronger than the body, the mind controls the body , the mind knows the bodies actions before the body reacts. Juan displayed the future of elder athletes in fight sports which is now. Juan using his mind to predict and effectively counter a fair amount of attack’s from Pac man. It was a great fight. I am happy it was such a great fight for the sport of boxing. Congrats to Pac man. Big ups to Juan for a great fight which leave’s most feeling a controversial decision which most feel should of went his way. As they say you have to beat the chamipon to win the fight when your the challenger. Juan was the matador and was great at that. He was also a bull at times and was great at that as well. Pac was working ,working working. He was relentless. Pac- man has become a bit predictable because he has fine tuned his basic’s so everytime he threw a combo Juan knew he’d be exiting to his right( juan’s left ) thinkng it would be difficult to be countered that way but Juan was able to counter this often. Exiting after a combo like that when your a south paw is the basic and right thing to do.Juan knew this and used it against him sometimes. GREAT FIGHT. No comment on the decision just happy it was a great fight! Rematch next May! Lastly alot of people are pissed ya’ll will be hearing alot of this

Pacquiao’s pissed or at least he was pissed. Why pissed you ask? Well it seems that Juan flew to the Philippines wearing a shirt that read ” We were robbed”. The short read that because of the close decision lose in ” 08. Marquez is a great and tough fighter and this is sure to be another historic boxing match.

Who do you think will win the 3rd fight? I gotta go with Ma…………………………….
