Back to the basics…Imma hurt these dudes real bad!!!
Running 8 k in the moring with 2lb dumbells,while throwing 50 straight punches in sets of 50 up to 300 while running.Lifting weights and doing intenses fitness,like climbing apole which is about 15 feet high maybe higher.Lots of techniqe sparring(LOTS-LIKE ERR DAY,punching power 10 mintue rd split with speedĀ punching as well.The usuallly 200 teeps and elbows.3-4 5 minute pads rds once a day.and 4 k run on the beach in the afternoon.I’M COMING TO BRING THE PAIN.Got some exercises from Scott aka Boyka.WARNING NOT FOR THE WEAK MINDED,FAINT OF HEART,THOSE WHO HURL FROM INTENSE TRAINING/WORKOUTS.If you suffer from any of the above you might not wanna watch the video.Just jokin checjk ity out.Please enter the url to a YouTube video.
