Do it right or don’t do it at all!
When you care about something even yourself,I feel you are suppose to put everything you have into you or whatever it is that you care about doing or being.
If you want to be the best at something or improve then you must honestly put everything you have into just that by practicing it or doing whatever it takes to improve at that.Don’t do something halfway and expect all the best results you wish knowing you haven’t given it 100% effort.
Everyone’s heard the saying “you get out what you put in” and “do it right or don’t do it at all”.Still people expect to get what they wish for in it’s entirety even though they didn’t put they’re all into it.Here’s an example I went to thailand and my goal was to become what I am now,one of the best as well as the best 165 lb fighter from america I put more than my all into it and made whatever sacrifice that was nessecary to become what I am now,and next I will take it a step further.
To accomplish this I knew I had to train hard physically and mentally day in day out,to change my body, mind, and spirit so that my being would become what I was doing and when I wasn’t doing that (fighting and training hard) my being wanted to and wasn’t use to not doing that.I make sure I am now and was honest with myself daily.I hit the pads and bag, talking to myself to push me to not hold back and react faster so I can do the same effortlessly when I fight-that’s why for me” fighting’s like breathing”.
There’s so many examples of people not giving their all from people wanting to change bad habits while not being honest with themselves meaning they don’t do the things to change those habits, bodybuilders not dieting correctly or lifting with improper techiniqe but still feeling they are doing what it takes to be the best ,to people with addictions that should stay out of certain enviroments that tempt these addictions and won’t(some even lie to themselves and say there is no addiction) just to many examples to list. All can say is if you want something make a plan to achieve that goal no matter what it maybe and while on that journey better the relationship you have with yourself so that your honest with your self and know your giving it all you got.
I ain’t perfect but that doesn’t mean I won’t continuely push to be and so much more.1 love

For me, this is probably your best post yet. I can’t say I am perfect but I do try to focus on my goals. For me they are nothing big in the greater scheme of things. The first, and most important, is to just become a better man everyday which means admitting my faults and working to improve them. Beyond that I just try to be happy, which is simple things such as making my fiance and daughter happy and pursuing personal goals such as getting my college degree and my humble attempts to learn martial arts. I wish the best to everyone in achieving their goals. Great post.
Thanks bro and keep pushing,I know dilligence is the best way to be better at anything, even life.

Real talk. Put absolutely everything into whatever you do.
There’s no other way Dorian,it’s the only way I know thats effective.
You hit the nail on the head! Like they say insanity is doin same things over and expecting different results,I’d go one step further n say, hardest part people is looking in mirror, and admitting change needs to be made,I.e. Training that technique your not good at, workn on that lift you can’t do, stretching that stretch you have trouble with etc. I commend you on doin that, lookn at video, you can see the results, keep it up!
Thanks alot Maurice,I hope others read your comment cause it makes the blog I posted even easier to understand, thanks for that as well
“Insanity is doing the same thing over and expecting different results”. I use that line a lot. I use in my life or when trying to help someone else. It is so true. So many people refuse to change, are scared of change, or can’t see the need for change so they do the same things over and over and wonder why life isnt better. I used to be the same way but I see things clearer now although I am far from perfect and still make mistakes. Its nice to hear someone else feels the same as me and speaks the truth. Keep preaching the good word, sir.
I just share my thoughts and experience Nathan, and I will continue to spread the truth.
A porovcative insight! Just what we need!

Works well! It is not obvious, toghuh. Will new users know to click on the yellow bubble or time stamp?Within the thread itself, perhaps you can put the same yellow bubble next to the title of the thread to keep things consistent? Maybe a yellow bubble with a down arrow?
Always rfereshnig to hear a rational answer.
