I started the fight slow feeling him out,because I know he is tricky and my corner tells me to statrt this way as they are both veterans of the sport and they know Kaoklai very well.It was the 3rd round the the referee stopped the fight because of the cut.Even with the cut I was fine.I was winning the fight because I was winning the 3rd round and I had won one of the prior rounds as well.I hit him with a left hook and his legs got weak,I then threw a back kick while seeing him move to the side so at he last minute so I started to spin with it therefore it had no momentum and no power but it landed on the chin and hurt him more. His eyes went blank as he backed off quickly.I started to press forward at a moderate speed because I know he was desperate and would do anything to get away from being beat.He then fall forward throwing a elbow,I didnt think it would cut me let alone hit me the way it did,but it did cut me and although I was wining thr fight and was going to win the fight the Doctor felt it should be stopped as the blood was pouring into my left eye.I am praying for a rematch I hope it happens this year.The promoter and promotion was happy with the fight as well as other key figures from the WMC .Stay tuned,I am only going 1 way and thats up or forward.
